Loved having a refrigerator & microwave in my room. Also, the staff was friendly. the hotel's location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to nearby amenities.

The rooms desperately need renovations. the smell was unpleasant, and the bed was uncomfortable.

We had a very peaceful stay out of town.

The room was updated and large, we had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The staff was super friendly plus the location was comfy. Also, Promenades was 2 miles away from the venue.

liked my triple room. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, bathtubs worked well. location: the hotel was right by restaurants. lucky that it was not too far from subway, offering food to go.

Convenient location, room amenities include fridge and microwave, in-room blow dryer and clothes dryer available, surrounded by lovely trees and flowers, friendly staff.

I was happy with the staff and management who were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived till I left. Coffee was good, the selection of pastries and breakfast foods could use a makeover but the coffee was decent. The room appeared clean, but as is with all smoking rooms, had that leftover smoke smell, perhaps they could find a better spray for the carpets and curtains to get rid of that. All in all, was a lot better than the Italian restaurant I had dinner at across the street, trust me, thats not Italian..lol.

Everything, I will most definately stay there again in the future. :-)

Overall, my stay here was really nice and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. the hotel's location was amazing, super close to the airport 🛬. Plus, it was conveniently situated near a great area with lots of shopping options.

We felt like we where in the seedy part of town with people walking (no) pacing around bare chested and bare footed in 51 degree temperature. For hours talking and calling on there cell phones. People where being droped off and cars leaving all the time. Was very suspecious environment. We will not go back ever.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a musty smell to the room that seemed embedded into the fabric of the place. The carpet was sticky and felt dirty. My towels seemed dirty and poorly laundered and I never used them. The sheets we're obviously stained, and I was frankly frightened of the quilt on the bed. I was there for three nights and my bed was not made for two days. The bathroom had mold stains. The fridge had rust inside. Reminds of a place that you would go on spring break when you have no money. Would not recommend to anyone for any purpose.

Read above. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's not clean at all. The mark on my upper back looks like bed bug bites. The sheets weren't changed. The bathroom had mold. The fridge was rusty. It was nasty and the lovely pictures on the website are Completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the place

During my stay here, I found the room to be really clean and tidy. I appreciated having a fridge and the shower was impressive! 🌟

Staff was very friendly and caring to your needs. Comfortable,clean reasonable priced. It is handicap accessible,which is nice. The staff was wonderful to deal with. Rooms clean. Overall I would recommend this place to stay. Easy access to all places.

This place offers great value, with attentive staff and large, pet-friendly rooms equipped with a shower and fridge.

We had previously stayed at this hotel, but it has gone down hill. A lot of loud people and seems that it is being used more as a low rent place for multiple residents.
